Recipe: Pomegranate Mocktail

Enjoy the adaptogenic benefits of ashwagandha with the antioxidants of pomegranate, and a dash of Vitamin C – perfect for a calming yet vibrantly flavored beverage. A delicious way to unwind – drink to your health!


Pomegranate “No”groni

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1/2 cup sparkling water

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder

  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 slice or twist of grapefruit (optional, for garnish)

  • Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  • Infuse:

    • Gently muddle the rosemary in a glass.

    • Add the pomegranate juice and ashwagandha powder.

    • Let it infuse for 10–15 minutes in the refrigerator.

  • Mix:

    • Strain the infused juice into a shaker.

    • Add lemon juice and honey/agave (if desired) and mix well.

  • Garnish:

    • Add fancy ice cubes into a serving glass.

    • Pour in the sparkling water and mix gently.

    • Top with pomegranate seeds, a sprig of rosemary, and grapefruit twist (or slice).
