Recipe: Açaí Lotus Bowl

Here’s a vibrant and delicious recipe for a nutrient dense smoothie bowl – get creative with different combinations of ingredients and toppings for your own personalized awakening:


Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen açaí packet

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup pineapple

  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or coconut milk)

  • 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder

Toppings:

  • Fresh cut fruits (e.g., kiwi slices, berries, pineapple)

  • Granola or coconut flakes

  • Chia seeds or hemp hearts

  • Edible flowers (optional, for a "lotus" aesthetic)

  • Drizzle of almond butter or honey

Instructions:

  • Blend the base:

    • In a high-speed blender, combine the açaí packet, banana, pineapple, coconut water and/or milk, and blue spirulina.

    • Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash more coconut water for easier blending.

  • Assemble the bowl:

    • Pour the smoothie base into a bowl.

    • Artfully arrange your toppings over the base, creating a colorful, balanced design.

  • Garnish and serve:
