Are your retreats beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! All levels are welcome. My teachings and practices are designed to meet you where you are and support your personal journey—whether you're brand new to yoga or deepening an existing practice. Modifications are offered during class.

What is the typical daily schedule?

  • Morning meditation + yoga

  • Nutritious breakfast

  • Afternoon workshops or restorative sessions

  • Communal lunch & dinners, evening circles

  • Built-in free time to rest, explore, or journal

  • Optional spa treatments, excursions or activities are available

What should I pack?

This also varies by retreat since they are worldwide. Packing light and in layers is always recommended. For my Costa Rica retreat, think light, breathable, and beachy! Yoga clothes, a swimsuit, sandals, journal, sunscreen, bug spray, and a light coverup for cooler evenings. We'll send a full suggested packing list closer to the retreat date.

What is the food like?

Most locations offer plant-based, pescatarian and protein-based organic meals are all available with locally sourced ingredients. Vegan, vegetarian and other special diets can be accommodated.

Do I need to come with a friend or group?

Many women come solo and some women bring friends. Either way, you will be in community when you arrive. It’s a great way to meet like-minded women in a supportive space.
