Janet Lucy’s “Illuminating the Heroine’s Journey” is a unique exploration of the seven essential stages designed to guide you in identifying your soul’s calling, then follow a divine feminine path through self-discovery and transformation. 

Yoga, meditation and other self-inquiry practices to deepen and embody the process are taught by Melanee Cooper, 1000 RYT, a devoted teacher of mindful yoga with almost two decades of experience. 

For one transformative week, you will explore your true nature through sacred writing circles, yoga, meditation, and ritual.
