Join us for a unique exploration that bridges ancient wisdom with modern science. In this Circle, we’ll dive into how yoga practices influence the nervous system—insights the ancient yogis intuitively understood long before neuroscience named the vagus nerve or neuroplasticity.

We will include breathwork and movement in embodied practices.

Kelly Heath guides people back into their bodies, their intuition, and their heart. With over 26 years of teaching experience, she blends yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, myth, and integrative coaching to support whole-person transformation.

Through movement, breath, vagal toning practices, and nervous system regulation, Kelly creates spaces where ambition can soften, anxiety can settle, and deeper purpose can emerge. Rooted in both embodied awareness and bhakti, her work honors the sacred intelligence within each person.
