Mindful Yoga Class
Join Melanee Cooper for a peaceful outdoor yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign. Set beneath the Honeycomb in Chicago’s Lincoln Park Honeycomb, Mindful Yoga blends breath, movement, meditation, and intentional awareness to support balance in both body and mind.
These all-level classes focus on mindful movement, grounding practices, and creating space to check in with yourself—on and off the mat. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, this welcoming community is an opportunity to move with intention, connect with nature, and begin your week feeling centered and refreshed.
