Grounded & Balanced Bowl

This bowl represents alignment through balance — protein, fiber, healthy fats, and grounding ingredients that support both body and mind.


Ingredients:

  • Quinoa (or brown rice)

  • Roasted sweet potatoes

  • Chickpeas (seasoned + roasted)

  • Steamed greens (kale or spinach)

  • Avocado

  • Cucumber

  • Olive oil

Tahini Dressing:

  • Tahini

  • Lemon juice

  • Garlic

  • Water

  • Salt


Instructions:

  1. Cook quinoa or rice

  2. Roast sweet potatoes + chickpeas at 400°F until golden

  3. Assemble bowl with greens + fresh veggies

  4. Drizzle with tahini dressing
