Summer Citrus & Berry Intention Bowl
This refreshing bowl combines vibrant summer fruits, protein-rich yogurt, and calming ingredients that invite you to pause and savor each bite.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ peach or nectarine, sliced
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds
1 tsp local honey
Zest of ½ lemon
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Spoon the yogurt into your favorite bowl.
Arrange the berries and peach slices thoughtfully on top.
