Summer Citrus & Berry Intention Bowl

This refreshing bowl combines vibrant summer fruits, protein-rich yogurt, and calming ingredients that invite you to pause and savor each bite.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • ½ peach or nectarine, sliced

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds

  • 1 tsp local honey

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Spoon the yogurt into your favorite bowl.

  2. Arrange the berries and peach slices thoughtfully on top.
