Meditation: Letting Go

A 12-minute meditation led by Melanee Cooper to help you let go and accept what is.


This meditation session focuses on letting go of past resentments and accepting things as they are. You will be invited to find a comfortable position, ground yourself, and tune in to your inner landscape. Notice and accept your current state without judgment. The practice involves deep breathing exercises, inviting in positive energy, and releasing tension. Emphasis is placed on radical acceptance, acknowledging emotions without attachment, and filling the body with healing light. The session concludes with setting an intention while practicing Anjali Mudra, symbolizing the release of love and positive energy into the universe.
