Vegan Recipe: Nosara Inspired Chocolate Cups

Because February does call for chocolate — here’s a simple, nourishing recipe inspired by the incredible homemade chocolate I enjoyed in Nosara.

Coconut Chocolate or Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups


Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted

  • ½ cup raw cacao powder

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or raw honey (adjust to taste)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: shredded coconut or natural peanut butter


Instructions:

  1. Whisk together coconut oil, cacao powder, maple syrup, and sea salt until smooth.

  2. Pour a small amount into silicone molds or a lined muffin tin.

  3. Add shredded coconut or a spoonful of peanut butter if desired.

  4. Top with remaining chocolate mixture.

  5. Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until set.


A sacred pause to nourish the body, open the heart, and soften the soul.
