Vegan Recipe: Nosara Inspired Chocolate Cups
Because February does call for chocolate — here’s a simple, nourishing recipe inspired by the incredible homemade chocolate I enjoyed in Nosara.
Coconut Chocolate or Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups
Ingredients:
½ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup raw cacao powder
¼ cup maple syrup or raw honey (adjust to taste)
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: shredded coconut or natural peanut butter
Instructions:
Whisk together coconut oil, cacao powder, maple syrup, and sea salt until smooth.
Pour a small amount into silicone molds or a lined muffin tin.
Add shredded coconut or a spoonful of peanut butter if desired.
Top with remaining chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until set.
